A chiller retrofit provides much more than parts. Prince Engineering uses performance modelling and optimisation techniques for engineered conversions, so we can re-engineer your chiller for your specific operating conditions and often improve its performance at the same time.
An engineered conversion is built for the same material reliability as a new chiller, and helps address high-performance building requirements through improved operation. Depending on the chiller model and its condition, a conversion may deliver more than your present capacity, and where you previously had excess capacity it can improve efficiency by up to 10%.
We use materials tested to new-chiller standards. As part of the process we identify and replace every part that is incompatible with the new refrigerant, so your chiller performs as well as, or better than, it did before the retrofit. It's remarkable how much time and trouble that saves.
